Flew from Newcastle for breast uplift and implants. Been amazing from first point of contact, was very nervous but everyone was so lovely! The nurses from start to finish were absolutely amazing couldn’t thank them enough. Everyone was so nice. My Dr Ali Cetinkaya was amazing understood what I wanted and did exactly that they’ve all been amazing another thank you to the nurses! X

I had a vaginal tear back in 2011 when I had my last child at UMC hospital and I was sewed up. Afterwards, I started having so many complications with constipation and not being able to hold my bowel or urine it would just come on out. I was going to different doctors and having all kinds of surgeries and it was causing me to give up and be depressed and miserable and everything. I didn't know which way to turn to not knowing what all this could be and causing the situation. I have 2 kids one has sickle cell disease and pulmonary stenosis so it has been hard trying to see bout his and also battling with my staying sick and bowel backing up and sometimes even just using on myself cause I couldn't hold it to go to the bathroom so that made me scared to eat. To make a long story short, I was referred to Dr. Mehmet Bekir Sen's clinic where he immediately took a look and broke it down to me and what all he could do to help me out and give me some relief. We talked and I agreed with him on the surgery. He told me I didn't have anything down there to hold anything I had an abnormal connection between my rectum and my vagina where my rectum(anus) was together with my vagina so everything was coming out of my vagina area my stool and all. But when I tell you I was so happy to be able to just talk to him and let him do his job my God he did a great magnificent job on me. I never felt this good I mean lord Jesus he touched my heart I prayed that the lord let me be able to meet a doctor who's willing to find out what's going on and be able to help me out. He does such a wonderful job and when I saw the before and after I couldn't do anything but cry and rejoice. He made me feel good about myself now and made me have my confidence and self-esteem back. I would recommend him 100% cause he is the man! Great job to Dr Bekir Sen on his work cause I tried doctors and doctors but he stepped up and said I'm going to help you feel better after all the rest didn't want to reconstruct it he said I will do it ain't no need for you to keep suffering like this I'm willing to tell you what's going on and what I'm going to do to fix it and he did just that. What can I say both experiences with catch life have been amazing I am so happy with my boobs and now nose. I can't express my gratitude enough to the staff involved with my operation, from the nurses to the catering staff, consultant, cleaners! I had a breast augmentation and lift and decided to take my daughter with me, I highly recommend taking someone with you and preferably a female. Appreciating and acknowledging the traditional values makes it easier and more comfortable for the nurses to communicate and show compassion through your stay. My daughter was able to stay with me throughout the entire stay, and was looked after equally as I was (shes a young adult not a child). Communicating is NOT a problem we used our phones to translate if we needed. I never felt alone the staff would check on me all day and all night. They made me laugh when believe me I was fresh out of a long complex surgery, that my surgeon smashed with the aid of an exceptional team. I had three nurses, that I know worked well past their working hours just to check on me. Elif my consultants assistant, I will remain in contact with as we all became friends through this too. I'm a stickler for perfection, but didn't need to worry, as even though I've emphasized their friendliness they were incredibly professional, efficient and exceptional at what they do. I'm trying to think of something I can have done just so I can see them all again, or we will visit them !!! Don't take surgery lightly this is a major operation, but if youre going to do it, I couldn't recommend anyone better

In December 2023, after a lot of thought, I decided to have gastric sleeve surgery. Years of dieting had made me tired and I now wanted to go this route. I went to Onep to do my 2nd rhinoplasty (revision), septoplasty, with upper blepharoplasty and temporal face lift endoscopic. Now that i am 1 months post op, i can say that my nose is so much better, i can breathe without any problem (it was one of my major issue, with the deviation of my septum..) I'm 10 days post-op after having my Gastric sleeve with Dr Yoldas, I am so glad I have gone ahead with my decision. My constant battle with my weight and not feeling good about myself and aching bones, backache and Poor Asthma. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.
