I had rhinoplasty and turbine reduction at Vanity to correct my breathing problem and reshape my nose and I can't say anything than "what a great experience it has been". We spent long time discussing with Emel, our main contact, during the decision process she was always present at any time of the day, we exchanged ideas and I sent over my medical checkups and pictures. Emel was very patient with me a real star organizing our trip and logistics. We flew to Istanbul from Italy few weeks later. Then I was introduced to Aleyna, my field coordinator who followed me and accompanied me through the whole process, exams and surgery and after surgery, always in contact with the surgeon. My surgeon was Dr. Kadri, who I think did an amazing job, he has golden hands. The surgery was few days later, fast and painless. I did take the surgery and the logistics and arranged accommodation myself to have more flexibility and have a little holiday with the family during the trip. I have to say I was sceptical at first but I can't do anything else than recommend Vanity, I would definitely come back for more and I hope to have the same fantastic team I met during my trip. I had rhinoplasty on the 20th April, I can honestly say Dr Görkem is a great doctor. He was so kind and welcoming when I first met him at his office, it really put me at ease. Dr Görkem was so attentive and listened to exactly what I wanted but also gave his professional opinion on what he thought would suit my face aesthetically - natural and enhancing my features. I’m only a week post op but I am really happy with my results, Dr Görkem has given me a new found confidence, which I am so grateful for!

What an amazing experience ! It all started when I contacted Catchlife enquiring about a breast uplift and reduction. Veronica was my main contact and she was brilliant, always on the other end of the phone to answer my questions. I arrived in Turkey and was picked up at the airport and brought to the hospital for checks. Two days later I had my surgery.I was picked up by Mari a beautiful young lady who was amazing, she made me feel so comfortable and helped me in everyway possible. I met with Dr Onur Ogan, who explained everything - what a lovely man he was. I was then down for surgery. The hospital was great and comfortable, I even had a flat screen Tv not like we have in England 😂. I stayed a night in the hospital and then was discharged. The team were always on the other side of the phone. The day before I was due to go home I went to see the nurse and I was fit to fly. It sounds so straight forward but it really is. It's no different to having it done in England. Turkey is beautiful and the people I met along my journey were friendly, kind and beautiful ❤️ I couldn't recommend catch life enough. Perfect experience and I have the boobs I've always wanted. Even now I'm back in England all I do is message Veronica and she is always happy to help. It was definitely the best choice I made, from the moment I arrived the team was waiting for me at the airport and then we went to the hotel and I liked the hotel very much. Then, the next day, we went to the dental clinic, where I did the process of cleaning and whitening the teeth, then three teeth were implanted, and I returned two months later to complete the dental implants. I did Emax for all the teeth, and the result was impressive. Throughout the treatment phase, Olivia never left us, and the coordinator Ozhan was always on time with us in all my transfers between the airport, the hotel, and the dental center. I can say that it was a wonderful experience by all standards. I really got back the smile I always dreamed of. The team is very professional and friendly indeed. The company car is clean and very spacious, I just felt comfortable in everything. The aftercare was excellent with Olivia, she is always available for the support.

Grateful Thankful is what I felt for each of the professionals who made my dream come true. The receptionists gave me full support before and after the surgery. They chose the best hotel. The nurses treated me with love as if I were their family. I felt comfortable and calm even though I was in an unfamiliar country. The doctors, surgeons and anesthesiologists did a great job. They made my breasts beautiful and now my self-esteem has increased. I was blessed with the entire DR.CINIK team. Now my dream has come true. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I recommend it to everyone who dreams of perfect results like mine.

From start to end, I felt this service was outstanding. Easy to do. All the information they required I was able to send and their communication back was very quick. When I wanted to discuss with my surgeon Dr Afet this was arranged quickly and the fact Dr Afet was able to speak English was a huge relief for myself. After deciding to go ahead with the surgery everything was explained well to me. The transfer at airport to hotel and hotel to hospital were easily managed and detailed so it was one less thing to worry about. My husband came with myself and he was looked after whilst I was in surgery and informed how my surgery was going. The hospital staff were lovely and helpful. There was a translator available at the hospital who was really helpful. After the surgery, Dr Afet saw me twice before I left to go back to the hotel and once before was flying however was able to talk with her at any point if i was concerned. Since coming home again I have been able to talk with her if needed. I am taking my photos and videos as requested to monitor my recovery and still continue to do so. I would highly recommend not only Dr Afet as your surgeon but also her team they all helped but my mind at ease at every opportunity.

I had gynecomastia surgery and vaser assisted liposuction to my whole back, honestly I must have asked Flyhealth 1 million questions and they always assisted me in every way. My accommodation was 5 stars and was exactly as described. My transfers were always smooth and everything about my package was overall 10/10 experience. Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.
