Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

After being unable to have a face to face appointment to an NHS doctor, the same day I contacted the Yorkshire Skin Centre via What Clinic. The next day I had an appointment in Leeds and three moles were removed from my back, immediately and painlessly.

I can highly recommend this clinic. Had a local anaesthetic and there was no pain at all, as the doctor added a 'buffer' to the injection. Shame the NHS can't do this. The staff are very friendly and the doctor was brilliant. Will definitely use it again if needed.

Good customer service. Easy to find for foreigners and not too expensive! I had a checkup, cavity fill with a local anesthetic, and an x-ray, all under an hour.

The Clinic was very professional and efficient and I got the treatment I wanted in Riga. Violeta was very helpful and responsive with communications.

I don't have any treatment yet, but the doctor is an amazing support for me whenever I write to him or communicate with him. He is still here for me, very patient and consistent, he always explains everything to me. He is a great support in this journey. I always have prompt answers to everything. thank you very much. After visiting other clinics and not being sure I walked into Oakdin Clinic. I was immediately put at ease and treated so respectfully with everything explained in detail no sales pressure like other places. The nursing staff chaperone was fantastic her wealth of knowledge made me feel so safe and her friendly warm nature made me feel so reassured. She stayed with me throughout my whole journey. I had my procedure a labiaplasty operated on by my Consultant Mr Mohammed Masood who has changed my life. I was unable to get my procedure done on the NHS and I was for years wanting to have it done for medical reasons as well as cosmetic. I felt a freak it looked abnormal not like how I felt it should look and it was so uncomfortable years of pain discomfort. I was nervous going in for my procedure but I can honestly say I felt no pain bar the initial injection to numb me. 45 minutes later I was leaving on my way home totally amazed and thrilled. I had made the right decision and was just focused on recovering. Six weeks later, I cannot believe the change in my confidence. I feel it’s the best decision I’ve ever made and I can’t thank Oakden staff and Mr Masood enough. The personal caring manner in which I was treated was superb and I would highly recommend this Clinic to everyone. I’m only 20 and to go through this has changed my life. I’ve got before and after photos that are amazing, I feel so fantastic, thank you so much. Plus the price was so good compared to some others. It’s a small clinic, easily located, great parking and spotlessly clean. With the focus on your needs with great advice before and after. Can’t praise enough sorry to go on but I’m so happy. The clinic is spotlessly clean, great parking and a fantastic location. Reception staff and nurses are wonderful. It was NHS now just gone private and I’d recommend highly to anyone. Just thrilled at having found them at a price so much better than other bigger clinics I visited. The moment I walked in I felt safe and cared for. Pre and post-operative care by staff are brilliant. I’m over the moon.

I had micro needling done. The procedure was painless before and after with minimal discomfort. There was no downtime. The doctor gave me the necessary creams I needed for post recovery, which saved me a trip to the pharmacy. She was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I saw a significant result from just one procedure (usually you need 3-4 before you see significant results). Will use again when I travel back to Romania. The clinic was very clean almost like a hospital environment.

Amazing specialists. I was with Sean throughout my pregnancy and was happy with him. Now mostly visiting Mark who is very competent specialist in all possible areas and always happy to refer for further tests to confirm or rule out a diagnosis or if patient needs peace of mind.

Had a full platinum assessment at a fraction of the price of one in the UK - I couldn’t afford to go private in the UK. Excellent communication from the start from Eyüpcan. I was collected by him personally by taxi from my hotel after fasting the night before. Had a whole range of tests - MRI, CT scan, ultrasound to name a few and my bloods were taken for other tests. Some of the results were immediately available and the rest came in a day later. Some of my results were a little worrying, but they were translated into English by the doctor on request, and all imaging was made available via email so I could contact my GP and get follow-up tests. Eyüpcan answered lots of questions after I’d left. Highly recommended.

I visited the Vita Clinic to have a colonoscopy in early July 2023. My father had a colon cancer at 63 so I had to take this examination quickly to make sure everything is ok. I chose this clinic in Sofia because of its good reputation given by local people. Upon my arrival, I was very well received by the medical staff. Then I could quickly take the different pre-coloscopy tests (blood test, X-ray pictures,...) without queueing during hours. I noticed that the communication between the differents medical units are very good because each unit knew my name upon my arrival at the unit and the reason of the test. The premises are clean. So I felt quickly in confident in this clinic. I recommend it. It is very professionnal.
