I was farsighted and I was always wearing glasses for reading. I contacted to ELBE clinic and they offered me smart lense to cover my sight issue. I decided on Academic after looking at many. I spoke with them for sometime over the weeks and felt confident about the procedure and value for money. I booked the DHI method and ended up having 2700 transplants. The whole trip/procedure was very smooth and organised. I was catered for and had all my questions answered. Before and after the procedure day. The whole team were great and felt at ease. I won't lie and say the transplants were pleasant but I was comfortable as much as I could be. The recovery time was so quick and felt fine the next day. I did book an extra night which I would recommend just for things to heal and be close to the clinic if I had any concerns. Which I didn't in the end. It's now 6 weeks since the day and I can see the early benefits of it already. After 2 weeks my scalp was back to normal and original hair almost covering the donor area. Without a doubt, I would recommend Academic, great team, great aftercare and a great price compared to others. Highly recommended.

Overall a fantastic experience. I had my operation four days ago. My hair transplant operation went fantastic, beyond what I expected. The staff was friendly and helpful although I was nervous they managed the situation very professionally. The clinic is beautiful and really close to the hotel, which is very convenient. When I arrived in Istanbul, their VIP pick-up service took me from the airport and brought to the hotel. All the service was completely satisfactory. I am from the UK and this was my second visit to Adem & Havva Hair Transplantation in Istanbul. I came back to them because they provided a competitive price and amazing service levels on my previous visit which was to have 5000 hairs transplanted back in November 2022. It is now November 2023 and I was there to have 3500 more hairs transplanted in this my 2nd transplant to give me more density. The whole process was incredibly smooth from the initial consultation, through to the meet and greet at the airport, thank you to Zafar, the driver, a great guy, the taxi provided every time we met up and the hotel accommodation. The hotel was a good 4 * with free breakfast, gym and food available to order to your room. The hotel was local to most shops and a modest walk away from attractions. The professionalism of Adem & Havva Hair Transplantation could not have been better. The surgeons provided a pre-op consultation where they worked with me and answered all my questions as we decided together what would be best for my hair. They were trained professionals who performed an excellent and thorough operation. The only pain I suffered was the initial few injections to numb the head. Don't misunderstand me these were very painful, but after these, absolutely no pain at all during the operation, or after I drifted off to sleep 3 times 😄. Pr p injections and aftercare were provided and throughout I had a wonderful English-speaking translator, who was with me at all times. I am someone who will find a fault in anything and I really looked but I could not find any here. Perfect service at a competitive price from start to finish.
