The only suggestion I have for the entire team is that they should improve their communication after discharge because it wasn't very good. No one checked in on me after I was released unless I messaged and asked any questions, but Beste deserves special praise for locating the information and responding to my messages.

I first choose Aurea Health Group because of the health advisor Rabia. When I sent inquiries, she responded quickly and answered my questions thoroughly without pushing. I am a nurse and realize that a lot of healthcare is a business, especially Plastic Surgery. But we have to be very careful over who we choose. This team, including Rabia and Dr. Ulas, made me comfortable and followed me every step of the way. Dr. Ulas had great suggestions when I got there, everything was very efficient from the airport, to the hospital, to the hotel, and Rabia and her driver went above and beyond to meet all my needs. I wanted for nothing and I felt very safe and cared for. Dr. Ulas did an excellent job on my extended tummy tuck and extended arm lift, with precise incisions and sutures that leaves minimal scarring. Rabia has perfect English and the nurses as well as the hotel staff were competent enough in English to help me. I would definitely recommend this team and Aurea Heath Group.

I am a tourist and found Dr Gilis while searching the internet. His staff responded immediately to my inquiry about an appointment and spoke English. The clinic is located in a beautiful neighborhood in Riga and is very easy to find. The staff is professional, efficient, and kind. Dr Gilis is great! He is knowledgeable and very good at what he does. I felt quite comfortable with him and with the staff, and knew I was in good hands the minute I entered the clinic. The charge for services was very reasonable which was a big plus in my book! I give the clinic a 10 on a scale from 1 to 10!

I am Namrata Kukreja, I stay new Delhi, I developed a pain full swelling in right armpit so I went Dr Rohit Krishna for Treatment at his south delhi clinic. During surgery it was found out that I had a tumer and abscess in my right armpit,which was deftly removed by Dr Krishna. It was followed by 2 weeks of dressing. Had some excess scrotal skin removed and Dr Tuncay was always there alongside the main contact from the get-go which is much more reassuring than only speaking to your surgeon on the day of surgery (which he obviously also did and he was very thorough and took his time). I liked that although he saw the potential for other things that could be done, most were against his recommendation even though he could've tried to have pocketed some extra cash from it, good honesty. He also took care of the extra hotel night stay because I couldn't get a flight that left on the same day as the surgery. His diagnosis of the problem area was brilliant which meant I figured out a lifetime's worth of problems I'd had in that area. The translator lady from the hospital was also very helpful. I shouldn't need his services again hopefully but I'd recommend them to any others that did. I also had a GLO P.shot included.
