I recently had the pleasure of working with Joseph as my patient representative at the hospital, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Joseph was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and well-informed throughout my stay. He answered all of my questions and made sure that I was aware of all my options. Joseph made me feel like I was in good hands, and I really appreciated his kindness and compassion. Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

I had a small facelift and neck lift by dr Alexandra the results are so good, I had this done 9 days ago and I'm so happy I did. Anna arranged everything for me and all went smoothly I couldn't recommend enough. I for one will certainly be back. So happy. I went to have my gall bladder removed on the 11th of May 2023 From being picked up at the airport in Wroclaw to the minute I went home I was treated brilliantly the staff and doctors were brilliant the coordinators were excellent The clinic was spotlessly clean the nurses were great and very kind to me and my wife who came with me. I had first-class treatment from the first-class staff, I would definitely recommend it if you need treatment for anything. The cost was a fraction of the cost to have it done in the UK and that was including our airfare and hotel! I chose the clinic by looking at reviews and also because I have been to Poland a few times and know Wroclaw well

Dr. Harry is very patient, and he is very upright, almost answering every question. My email is full of Dr. Harry's emails. Moreover, he has not yet charged you a penny and is still very patient in helping you answer all your questions. I believe he must be an excellent doctor. At the same time, I feel that he is a very, very smart, sensitive, and intelligent doctor. If there is an opportunity to collaborate, I feel that he is extremely creative and able to flexibly solve various problems.

I first choose Aurea Health Group because of the health advisor Rabia. When I sent inquiries, she responded quickly and answered my questions thoroughly without pushing. I am a nurse and realize that a lot of healthcare is a business, especially Plastic Surgery. But we have to be very careful over who we choose. This team, including Rabia and Dr. Ulas, made me comfortable and followed me every step of the way. Dr. Ulas had great suggestions when I got there, everything was very efficient from the airport, to the hospital, to the hotel, and Rabia and her driver went above and beyond to meet all my needs. I wanted for nothing and I felt very safe and cared for. Dr. Ulas did an excellent job on my extended tummy tuck and extended arm lift, with precise incisions and sutures that leaves minimal scarring. Rabia has perfect English and the nurses as well as the hotel staff were competent enough in English to help me. I would definitely recommend this team and Aurea Heath Group.

My wife and I are traveling to Europe specifically to see Dr. Ioannis Douliotis. You can read as many reviews as you want online but let me tell you, this doctor is the one that you want to see. I've emailed him with multiple questions a day before we've even flown to Greece and he would respond almost right away. I like that he's one of the few people in this world that treats others like they would want to be treated and not just a number. Thank you for this.

I had Labiaplasty four weeks ago and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I’m delighted with the results, I look and feel great! He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable, he was honest about what could be achieved and explained any possible risks. Everything was so professional, caring and gentle, I felt so looked after. I felt so relaxed during the procedure I couldn’t believe it. I didn’t feel a thing, Mr Masood constantly checked to make sure I was feeling ok and comfortable. He remained professional yet kind and caring throughout the entire procedure. I couldn’t have wished for a better experience. The aftercare I received was outstanding. A week after surgery I was still quite tender, so I contacted Mr Masood who instantly replied to me and reassured me. He then stayed in contact to ensure I made some improvement over the next few days. Since then my recovery has been great! So, thank you again for your exceptional service!

I had the best treatment and I will recommend it 100%. I have received the best care when I was at the hospital. The surgeon and the hospital team were very friendly, they were looking after me and checking on me at all times. The procedure went very well I did not have any pain post-op. Overall I’m very satisfied with the results.

Hii! I'm Inara from karachi pakistan and I visited florence Nightingale Hospital, last year in Oct 2022, for my father's kidney transplant. My mom was the donor and my father was the recipient. I really want to thank the doctors, nurses and the entire hospital staff for making our trip worthwhile! The doctors were GREAT, highly skilled professionals! It was so easy to talk to them and we could ask them any questions without hesitation! The entire staff was swift and efficient. The surgey took longer than expected but they kept us informed. The doctor personally came out during the surgery to let us know what was going on! The post-operation care was on point as well. From medications to monitoring everything was done professionally. I visited the Vita Clinic to have a colonoscopy in early July 2023. My father had a colon cancer at 63 so I had to take this examination quickly to make sure everything is ok. I chose this clinic in Sofia because of its good reputation given by local people. Upon my arrival, I was very well received by the medical staff. Then I could quickly take the different pre-coloscopy tests (blood test, X-ray pictures,...) without queueing during hours. I noticed that the communication between the differents medical units are very good because each unit knew my name upon my arrival at the unit and the reason of the test. The premises are clean. So I felt quickly in confident in this clinic. I recommend it. It is very professionnal.

We reached Dr Erhan from a friend who get treated him too. I had a fibroid and I was looking for a doctor who can do the operation by laparoscopy. Dr Erhan examined me and keep me relaxed, then he did my operation with laparoscopy, next day I was discharged from the hospital. I highly recommend Dr Erhan
